Since my last posting, the Ice Challenge has grown legs and made its way to the celebrity world.

The ALS are holding celebrities accountable by starting their own Ice Challenge earlier this month. The ALS Association is a non-profit organization that raises money for Lou Gehrig’s Disease research, patient services and awareness.


Oprah, Kevin Hart, Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, Boris Kodjoe, Justin Timberlake, Tyler Perry and so many more have stepped up to take the challenge. Check out a few clips below.

The decison has been made, Lebron James is bringing his talents back home to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Lebron  revealed his decision via a letter on Sports Illustrated.

Four years ago Lebron took his talents to South Beach. Lebron has opt out of his contract and will be a free agent July 1st. James was set to make $20 million next season and had another two years and $42.7 million left on his original deal.

The slander is real in these internet streets towards Lebron James. The NBA Finals game one was off to a start last night with  thoughts of can the Spurs  beat the Heat. Well the Spurs held their own and wonk 110-95. But the playing conditions were intense. The players were playing in 90 degree temperature. Apparently heat took down Lebron James.The King was in the locker room, laying on a training table, due to bad cramps. The internet went in and let Lebron have it by coining a new term #Lebroning. According to reports Savannah has been MIA from public events for a while, she made an appearance at a GQ Magazine event during NBA All-Star weekend  with what appeared to be a growing baby bump.
