Love & Hip Hop New York star Mendeecees Harris might be a free man for the time being but his brother Tyrus Harris, 36, has been sentenced to prison for five years. Mendeecees might be right behind him.

Authorities allege that Mendeecees Harris, now free on a $600,000 bail package, and his brother Tyrus were part of a network that transported cocaine from New York City to the Rochester region.
On Monday U.S. District Judge Frank Geraci Jr. sentenced Tyrus Harris, 36, to five years in prison. Harris had a minor role in the conspiracy, authorities allege. He pleaded guilty in March.
Mendeecees Harris, who stars in the show Love & Hip Hop NY, is scheduled to return to federal court in October. He has pleaded not guilty.
