Even though Nicki Minaj is under seige behind her Anaconda cover art, she still manages to keep her grind going. She will be apart of Cartoon Network's cartoon Steven Universe. Nicki is bringing her carzy voice to the tv screen portraying Sugilite.
TV Guide reports;
We’ve always known that Nicki Minaj has a colorful personality, and now she’s literally getting animated. The pop star makes a guest appearance on Cartoon Network’s adorable Steven Universe next month, and TV Guide Magazine has an exclusive look at the episode, which was just screened at Comic-Con in San Diego.
Minaj plays Sugilite, a super-strong fusion of Garnet and Amethyst, two of the show’s magically powered “gems” who help protect the world. The character will be the latest motivation for young and enthusiastic Steven on his quest to become a fully powered guardian of humanity.
The episode, “Coach Steven,” Thursday Aug. 21 at 6:30/5:30c on Cartoon Network.
