Trinidad James went to twitter to break news about him being dropped from his label Def Jam. James was in the works of producing an album but now says he will be releasing the album for free. He also informed all other artist and producers not to look for a check, he can only give them daps.



Since being a  free agent, he releases a new track Doin Me produced by Raak. Trinidad James tells his story about the current situation over a piano instrumental. Trinidad Jame$ Arrested For Marijuana Possestion

Everything was a good a week ago but rapper Trinidad Jame$ has run into a bit of trouble in Mississippi. A run in with Mississippi polices lead to the All Gold Everything rapper to be arrested.

According to TMZ:

Trinidad James just got busted for possession of marijuana after lighting up in his Mississippi hotel room ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Panola County tell us the rapper -- real name Nicholas Williams -- is in custody and being booked right now.

We're told Trini -- whose biggest hit is "All Gold Everything" -- was arrested at the Batesville, MS Holiday Inn.

Rule 1, never light up in a hotel room. Those people do not play. Check out the footage of his arrest below.

Maino Calls Trinidad James On Phone, Demands Apology [AUDIO]

Trinidad James has been catching hell since he  expressed his opinion about New York rap music at a show at Brooklyn’s Rubber Tracks studios. Of Course Trinidad ruffles quite a few feathers and several MCs from offense, especially  Maino.

A week after the damage has been done a  phone conversation between Trinidad & Maino has surfaced. In the conversation Maino says Trinidad  is back tracking on his comments and demanded a public apology.
