On a a weekly basis R & B singer Tyrese Gibson uploads various videos with uplifting knowledge. Encouraging the average person to continue on their path of chasing their goals and things that ultimately make them happy.
This week's particular video was taken in the wrong context by the Northeastern residents of Louisiana. He made the following statement:
If you live in the middle of the jungle, in freaking Shreveport Louisiana some damn where, middle of nowhere. But if you're an actress, a model. or someone looking to do something impactful aint nobody gonna find your ass in Shreveport.
The words may seem harsh, but are true. Tyrese was only taking the time out of his schedule to enlighten the average person who has hopes, dreams, and desires to make their way out of their city on to bigger and better things. Many Facebook post made it seem as if Tyrese was saying if you were from Shreveport you will never amount to anything.
If you truly listen to the words his words, Tyrese was making a valid point. If you want to be successful and make an impact with your ideas, hopes, and dreams seek other platforms that will help you achieve that goal.
