Kanye West made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s show for a one on one sitdown. In the midst of the interview, Kanye let it be known that his beef with Kimmel was in no shape, form, or fashion a sham. Kanye feel's he eve needs to be involved in any stunts for publicity.
Once Kanye felt comfortable he began to go on a tangent about how he really feels about certain things. Kanye defends his girlfriend,Kim Kardashian, being denied a star on the Walk of Fame.
“They said something about they not going to put my girl on the Walk of Fame because she’s a reality star. It’s like people are so dated in that modern. There is no way Kim Kardashian shouldn’t have a star on the Walk of Fame. It’s ridiculous concepts.”
Kanye also explains how he was a celebrity that has reached a ceiling. According to his 7-minute long vent at the end, Kanye expressed how he wanted to break the mold with his new ideas the same way that he has done with music, but Kanye says people in positions of power and money that can help him, won’t give him a chance. Kanye ended his interview addressing the paparazzi.
“The way paparazzi talk to me and my family is disrespectful. We bring something of joy to the world. When people hear my music, they have a good time. And I should be respected as such when I walk down the street. Don’t ask me a question about something you saw in the tabloids. Don’t try to antagonize me cause you know what, it’s not safe for you in the zoo. Never think that I’m not from Chicago for one second…”
